Please review our guidelines to ensure a great experience for everyone.

General

Verify your confirmation email for service, date, and time accuracy. Your account is for your bookings only — you are responsible for any fees incurred under your account. Do not book if you lack reliable transportation or payment for services. Please arrive healthy. Do not book if you are sick or recovering from illness. Limit phone and tablet use while services are being performed.

Children

Service rates are the same for all ages and are based on time, not size. Children must be able to follow direction and sit through the requested service — please consider your child's tolerance when booking. Basic services are recommended for young children. Children must be supervised at all times. Do not allow children to sit in shop chairs, touch equipment, or handle products. A parent or guardian must remain present for the duration of all children's services.

Hair & Skin

Hair must be clean, dry, and product-free at arrival. Please manage any ongoing scalp conditions prior to booking. Services cannot be performed on skin or scalp with open sores, lesions, or active infectious conditions.

Fees

This business was designed to serve professional clientele. Fees exist to protect the integrity of the experience for everyone. There are no exceptions or negotiations on assessed fees. Do not book if you cannot respect this policy. The right to refuse service is reserved.

Late arrival (10+ min): $5
Cancellation within 2 hours: $10
Cancellation within 1 hour: $20
Unclean hair / excessive dandruff / product in hair: $5
Payment not rendered immediately after service: $5
Square Invoice transaction: $5
Leaving a child or dependent unattended during service: $10
No-Show: $45 or full booking cost

Late arrivals where insufficient time remains will receive a modified service agreed upon at arrival — full payment for the originally scheduled time is still due.
